Talented artists from Valley Stream South High School were featured in an exhibit held at the Tilles Center for Performing Arts, located at Long Island University’s Brookville Campus. South was invited to spotlight students’ work in this showcase, which was on display from Dec. 8, 2015 through Jan. 10, 2016.
Approximately 30 students from South were recognized at a reception held on Jan. 6. Student Art Exhibits are held at the Tilles Center throughout the school year, and rotate every 4-6 weeks in order to feature a range of artistic pieces representative of schools throughout the area.
