The Valley Stream Central High School District is pleased to announce that the 59th Annual District Music Festival will take place on Friday, March 11, in Central High School’s Keller Auditorium. The Festival concert will be at 8PM and, along with performances by select groups of students playing in orchestra, chorus and band, it will feature the awarding of three scholarships to graduating seniors.
Tickets cost $10 and can be purchased at the door or from a VSCHSD music teacher through participating students. Proceeds will go towards the scholarships, each of which is among the largest awarded by the district annually.
