Members of Central High School’s chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America attended the Spring District Competition at Molloy College in February. Members competed in various events against other students from Nassau and Suffolk counties.
All six students on Central High School’s team, under the direction of adviser Mario Bakalov, placed in the top three in their respective events. The team also came away with four county champions.
Those who placed first, second or third will represent the school at the New York State Championships in April in Rochester, N.Y.
