The Central High School Chapter of the National Honor Society inducted 88 new members on Feb. 11.
Parents, faculty and current NHS members gathered at the school to recognize new members, who were selected based on their ability to maintain high standards of scholarship, service, leadership and character. After reciting the NHS pledge, the new members were officially inducted.
Central High School Principal Dr. Joseph Pompilio encouraged students to continue striving for academic excellence and to always serve as role models for others.
